are equipped with a living room and an outdoor table, so that you can better enjoy this idyllic environment. The studio’s bay window opens fully on the terrace, so that you can constantly be immersed in this breathtaking panorama and its light, and so that sunsets will be a truly special experience.
A large infinity pool is reserved for our guests
The property features two pools and one is for you. It is located in a green environment, overlooking the villa, and much like your terrace, it has an incredible view of the Cap Nègre, the Îles d’Or, and the bay. The pool is not heated but the weather is very mild here for the most part of the year.
You will be able to relax on the deckchairs made available to you and to enjoy the sun, the calm, and the view!
A wooden pergola is also at your disposal, for a wonderful cocooning moment, under the sun or in the shade, it is up to you!
Studio for 2 or Studio and an extra bedroom for 2-4
You can choose to rent either our luxurious 33-m2 studio for two people or the studio plus an extra room for a group of four people and a total surface of 60m2.

It is entirely new and has been considered and equipped to offer you the most pleasant stay possible.
You have at your disposal a large leather couch that easily transforms into a very comfortable 160-cm bed.

If you choose to rent the studio plus the extra room for two people, the studio will of course stay in « living room mode » for even more comfort!
You will be able to enjoy a 55-inch flatscreen television, as well as a DVD player and a mini stereo system.
You also have at your disposal a well-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hotplates, oven, microwave) and a washer dryer. Of course, the studio is equipped with cooking utensils, as well as necessary electrical appliances for your meals and comfort (coffee machine, toaster, kettle…)
You will be able to enjoy a 55-inch flatscreen television, as well as a DVD player and a mini stereo system.
You also have at your disposal a well-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hotplates, oven, microwave) and a washer dryer. Of course, the studio is equipped with cooking utensils, as well as necessary electrical appliances for your meals and comfort (coffee machine, toaster, kettle…)
Of course, the studio also has a bathroom with a shower and storage cupboards.

An extra bedroom
Pour Votre comfort and safety, our studio cannot accommodate more than two people (except for a baby – crib available on demand). If your family or group is composed of more than two people, you can add an extra room to the studio.
This room comprises a 160-cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, large storage spaces, and a desk from which you can contemplate the sea. The room’s French window joins your terrace and its panoramic view.

Rayol village
offers multiple businesses: a small supermarket, a butcher’s shop, a bakery, a vegetable shop, a newspaper and fine liquor shop, multiple restaurants, a doctor, a pharmacy, a post office, and other shops. The center of the village is five minutes away by cars, fifteen minutes away by foot (with a rather athletic climb on the way back up).
