Prices and conditions

You have the possibility of renting either our fully-equipped studio for two people (with its convertible leather couch of great comfort) or the studio plus the extra room for four people maximum. For your comfort and safety, we do not provide an extra child’s bed for the studio. A crib, however, can be provided on demand

If you’re a party of 2, you can also add the extra bedroom for even more comfort! During the booking process, add the optional extra « additional bedroom for 2 guests » (€100 per night)

The rental requires a reservation of at least 3 nights.

Promotional prices are available during the booking process for long stays (10% for more than 7 days and 15% for more than 14 days).

A cleaning fee of €65 per stay is added to the reservation. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in the same good condition as you found it 🙏

Service

For your comfort, the bedding, duvets (or blankets), towels, and cleaning products are included in the room price.

If you wish, optional, paid services are available when you book your room: Cleaning service on demand. A cell phone is available on-demand but you’ll need to purchase locally rechargeable paid cards.

Time of arrival

The apartment will be available between 4:30 PM and 9 PM. In order to guarantee the best reception, we request that you please alert us in advance of any arrival outside of these hours. The payment for your stay will be collected 7 days before you arrive.

Time of departure

The apartment will have to be free at 11 AM at the latest the day of your departure

Means of payment

Credit card or cash. Your reservation is guaranteed after the reception of an advanced payment of 30% of the total for the stay.

Pets

Unfortunately, we cannot accept your animals.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation lastest 30 days before the stay: Restitution of the totality of the advanced payment.

Cancellation between 30 days and the day of arrival: Vistazur keeps the advanced payment

In the case of absence without cancellation beforehand, the amount for the reservation is due in full

Annual closure

Normally, from the night of the 15th of November to the 15th of March included. In case you would like to book a reservation during the closed period, please contact us via email (contact@vistazur.fr) in order to check whether we might be able to receive you.
